Micaela provides administrative support to the EARIP program director based in our San Antonio office. In addition, she coordinates meetings and conferences, and prepares related materials.

Before joining the Institute, Micaela served as Administrative Assistant for the Texas Youth Hunting Program and Liaison for the Hunting Heritage Advisory Committee, Texas Wildlife Association.
