Amy Hays
Amy Hays joined Texas Agrilife Extension in 1999. Amy has been with the Institute of Renewable Natural Resources as the Geospatial Extension Specialist since 2006. Her primary role is to facilitate the use of geospatial technologies for the enhancement of natural resources through research, outreach, and education. Amy works with a collaborative of specialists in 10 states to increase the use of geospatial technologies in Earth Sciences and to assist researcher, communities, and the public.
Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M in 1994 and her Master of Science in Rangeland Ecology and Management in 2000.
