Amy Grones
As Operations Coordinator, Amy Grones Snelgrove provides leadership for projects conducted within the Land Information Systems lab and manages day to day operations. In addition, she heads up the workforce development program for IRNR whose primary focus is geospatial continuing education courses for natural resource professionals. She is an ESRI certified instructor and was recently awarded her GISP certification.
Amy joined the institute in 2006. She has a Bachelors degree in forestry (Urban) and a Master of Science in forestry (GIS), both from Texas A&M University.
