The Natural Resource Leadership Course is two and a half year course designed for Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Agriculture and/or Natural Resource agents in the early stages of their careers. The course meets approximately every six months for a total of 5 sessions. The course provides agents practical, hands-on experience exploring natural resource issues throughout regions of Texas. During the course, agents have the opportunity to interact and discuss issues with natural resource leaders from state agencies and non-governmental organizations, and Extension Specialists. Each session is held in a different portion of the state and natural resource issues relevant to that region are presented.
