Bethany Friesenhahn

As an Extension assistant with the Texas A&M Institute of Renewable Natural Resources, Bethany Friesenhahn works as Tech Support at Camp Bullis assisting the Joint Base San Antonio Natural Resource team with multiple projects, including vegetation, caves and karsts, fire ants, birds surveys, endangered species, deer surveys and the hunting program. Friesenhahn graduated from Texas A&M University -Kingsville in December 2013 with a bachelor’s in wildlife management and a minor in biology.

Before joining the institute, she was employed by a private ranch, working with deer breeding and hunting programs and interned with Texas Parks & Wildlife Department.
